Your photos
Photos you choose are processed on your own device, inside your browser. They are not uploaded, stored or shared by Retro Photo Maker. When you close the page, they are gone. The sample photos on the site are AI-generated images, not pictures of real people.
What this site collects
Retro Photo Maker does not ask you to create an account, does not use analytics or advertising at the moment, and does not set cookies of its own. The fonts and scripts are served from this same site, so your browser does not contact any other company to show a page.
Hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs, such as the time of a request, the page requested and an IP address, and may use technical measures for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Email you send us
If you email contact@retrophotomaker.com, we receive your email address and your message. Our mailbox forwards messages through an email routing service. We use what you send only to reply, to fix problems and to decide what to build next, and we do not sell or share it. Please do not email photos unless we ask for one.
The suggestion form
The form on the By decade page does not send anything to a server. It opens a draft in your own email program, and nothing is sent unless you press send there.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we collect no personal information through the tool itself.
Changes
If we add analytics or advertising in future, this page will be updated first to describe what is collected and why, and which companies are involved.
